Monument to Trapani – Vittorio Emanuele II

The monument in Trapani dedicated to Vittorio Emanuele II It is located in the square and was realazzato by the sculptor Giovanni Dupre in 1882.
Vittorio Emanuele II was the first king of Italy, and for not having repealed the Albertine Statute was given the nickname King gentleman the King gentleman. It was a very important man in the history of Italian, because it completed the process unificazioe Italy and this is remembered as the Father of the Nation.
