Catania – Sicilian Muppets Workshop

The Pupo Siciliano is a typical product of craftsmanship in Catania, it is a question of real works of art with a wooden structure decorated and covered with tin armour.
The puppets from Catania are different from those from Palermo in their movements, in fact, the former is heavy and with fixed limbs, while those from Palermo are light and articulated.
Each puppet depicts a paladin and differs in armour and decorations.
